• 1. Is there any validity for SMS credits?

  Yes. SMS credits are valid for 1year.

• 2. Shall I send Promo SMS with this?

  No. You should not send any promotional SMS. If you send, your account will be deactivated and TRAI will impose 5000INR as penalty

• 3. Will I get SMS Delivery status report?

  Yes. For every account, user get the web URL also. There you can see the report. If SMS is not delivered, you get the status on error message.

• 4. Will I SMS deliver to DND numbers?

  Yes. Because you are sending SMS through Transactional route, SMS will be sent to even DND numbers also.

• 5. What should I do if SMS Credits are completed?

  You need to place an order for 10000 or 25000 or 50000 or 100000 SMS. And prices are mentioned in the pricelist

• 6. What is a Sender ID?

  Sender ID is a set of characters that represent the identity of a sender. For example, when you receive a regular SMS from a friend, her/his name (as stored in your contacts) is displayed as a Sender. Similarly, when a business sends an SMS to its customers, a numeric or alphabetic set of characters represents the company or brand name. Sender ID for Transactional SMS is 6 alphabetic characters in India.

• 7. How to create Sender ID?

  First you need to register your company with one of the DLT provider like https://trueconnect.jio.com . On Successful registration , you can create Sender ID (Header ID) yourself in the above portal. On the validation, your sender ID will be approved by TRAI.
